Welcome bonus

All new Betway customers are offered the standard welcome bonus. The bonus award a Free Bet valued at 50% of their first deposit up to a maximum of K1,000.

How the welcome bonus works

Example: You make a K500 first deposit. You will then need to place bets equaling K1,500 (3x K500) with odds of 3.0 or higher. Once your bets have been placed and settled, your K500 Free Bets will be credited to your account automatically. You can then use your Free Bet to place a bet on any sport you’d prefer.

Once off promotions

Once you’ve made your first deposit at Betway, you’ll begin to receive promotional offers. The majority of these offers will be once off fixture/competition-specific promotions. An example of this type of promotion would be an offer to receive a payout boost if you place a 3+ Multi Bet on any Champions League being played over a predetermined weekend.

The Betway Welcome Offer

This promotion is open to all new Betway customers who create a new account and make a deposit.
In order to qualify for the Welcome Offer of your choosing, new customers must sign up and make a first deposit within 7 days of account registration.
First deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. Should the first deposit not be made within the first 7 days, the Welcome Offer will be forfeited.
You then have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements to have the Free Bet credited to your account.
When you choose to withdraw your cash balance, unlocking the Free Bet balance in the Free Bet wallet is automatically forfeited.
The minimum odds in order for a bet to qualify to count towards the wagering requirements to unlock the Free Bet will be 3.0.
A Free Bet can only be used once on an event.
Any betting markets that can either result in the customer having their stake returned or generate a partial win are excluded from boost winnings, this includes but is not limited, to Draw/No Bet.
The promotion is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either Zambian citizens or permanently reside in Zambia.

Wagering requirement terms and conditions

A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to wager your first deposit amount on sports before the Free Bet is credited to your account.

In this case, the minimum wagering requirements to unlock the Free Bet is 10x (ten times) on sports betting within 30 (thirty) days of the first deposit being made.

For example: if you deposit K200 and get 50% match of K100 as a Free Bet, you must wager K200 of your cash balance 10 times on any sports or jackpots bets (with minimum odds of 3.0) i.e. a total amount of K2,000 must be wagered on any sports bets

General terms and conditions

A valid Betway account is required to participate in the promotion.
Any and all winnings are not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. Winnings will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified winner.
All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
